Your plan includes 4 visits per year.
Materials such as batteries & lubricants are included. Parts and materials such as air filters & light bulbs are not included but can be provided on site by the customer at time of checkup for installation.
After sign up, you will be scheduled for the first checkup, typically within 2 weeks.
We have TRUSTED licensed contractors such as plumbers & electricians that we can refer to you if the need arises. Pricing will be quoted independently per project.
Times will vary depending on the size and condition of the home but usually 1 to 2 hours.
It is preferred, but not necessary. A lock box , remote entry, or your preferred method of access can be discussed.
The cost of this service is $59 per month depending on the size of the home and includes 4 checkups per year, scheduled quarterly.
